Dates for Meetings

The Parish Council meets every month, apart from August and December, on the third Monday of the month in The Birbury, Main Street, Birdingbury.

All meetings commence at 7.30 pm. After the meeting has been opened by the Chairman and necessary functions carried out, the Chairman will suspend Standing Orders to invite brief comments from members of the public. Members of the Public can speak for 3 minutes. Upon hearing all public queries the Chairman will reinstate Standing Orders and the meeting will continue. Members of the public cannot take any further part in the meeting unless specifically invited to do so by the Chairman

The Parish Council Minutes will be posted onto the website as soon as the minutes are approved.

Agendas of meetings will be removed once the minutes of the meeting are published.

Where the minutes have been produced electronically these have been uploaded to this web page.  Previous years minutes are available in paper format either via the Clerk or via Warwickshire County Archives in Warwick. Signed copies of the current years minutes are available for inspection on request.
